High-Precision Ball Joint

Imported Taiwan mirror polishing machines achieve surface roughness of Ra 0.4 and sphericity of 0.02mm, effectively reducing friction with the bearing sleeve for longer service life.

Premium Rubber Bushing

Formulated with natural rubber from certified suppliers and produced on fully automatic vulcanization machines. Achieves 800,000 fatigue cycles with pull-off force of 20,000–30,000N.

Durable Dust Boot & Bearing Sleeve

Made from Japanese neoprene rubber, self-compounded in-house. Withstands temperatures from -60°C to 80°C without cracking. Bearing sleeve uses DuPont 500P material with wear-resistant smooth surface and inner ring contact area exceeding 70%.

Extruded thread with strength grade 8+, cold-forged seal gaskets with 72h salt spray resistance, and 65Mn steel fixed rings with heat-treated elasticity.

Forging & Machining QC

Forging blank appearance & dimension checks, roughness & hardness testing, process parameter monitoring (heating, quenching, tempering), and first-article inspection.

Assembly & Shipping Inspection

Assembly first-article inspection, torque testing, ball stud pull-out force ≥20KN, rubber bushing pull-off force ≥5KN, appearance & dimension verification. Final product checks and electroplating inspection before shipment.
