Quality Control
We have our own control arm and bushing factory. The control arms and bushings must go through the tensile test, salt spray experiment, high and low temperature test, anti-aging test, bushing fatigue test etc, until qualified before the line production. We have the internationally recognized IATF16949 product quality certification.At the same time, we have a professional designer team for mapping, testing, with a professional measuring instrument three coordinate measuring machine measurement size

Professional R&D Team JAD is committed to investing in development capabilities and striving for excellence in production processes and products. We focus on the production of suspensions, and our products are mainly control arms and bushings. Being a demanding OEM factory is a challenge that others would rather avoid, but JAD also hopes to gain new product development opportunities to create market differentiation.

JAD has a professional technical team (stamping process, cutting process, rubber process, assembly process), standardized production process, strict quality and environmental standards (IATF16949 certification).
