Forging Lines
Advantages of forging process:
1. Electric induction heating is used to heat the billet, which improves the billet heating speed and the uniformity of product heating;
2. Roller forging is used to replace manual free forging, which improves the quality of the billet, eliminates folding and shortens the process chain;
3. It can simplify the process, improve production efficiency and improve material utilization
Disadvantages of Forging
1.High initial costs
The stamping process relies on dies, which are expensive. Therefore, it is important to consider whether your product will require mass production to offset these initial costs.
2.Height and thickness limitations
Material that is too thick or too tall may not be suitable for stamping. Stamping is generally best suited for flat materials
R & D workshop
We have developed more than 700 sets of molds, all designed by our R&D department. In addition to the precision production of stamping parts with complex geometries, we are also good at creating product functions, performance and service life from all angles.
This means that our customers can focus on product design without worrying about other issues. Whether it is product function, performance, mold manufacturing or other details, our professional team can handle it properly.

High capacity
Are you looking for large-scale procurement needs?
We have four forging lines, one forging machine of 2000 tons, one machine of 1600 tons and two machines of 1000 tons. They can produce 6,000 control arms per day, annual production reaches 2 million, which can complete your order with quality and quantity within the delivery period. In addition, we reserve a certain amount of raw materials to match the production schedule and ensure smooth operation of the production line. No matter the size of your project, we can meet large-scale production needs.
